Labor cases now can be filed through Najiz (Najiz.sa)

The Ministry of Justice says that the labor cases and other related disputes can be filed through Najiz. Earlier unsettled labor cases have to be transferred through settlement committee of the appropriate labor offices within 21 days from the date of the first lawsuit.
 
Allowing the employer and employee to file the cases via Najiz, the court can ensure that the cases are properly filed, incorporating all the requests of the petitioner, properly follow all the procedural requirements, accepting the cases quickly as well as reducing the litigation time.
 
The conditions to file cases through Najiz are:
 
Labor lawsuits subject to the Labor Law
When a dispute arises, the worker or the employer first files the case at the appropriate labor office to seek a settlement. When a settlement is not reached, a lawsuit shall be filed through the Najiz attaching a copy of the labor settlement committee report.
 
Domestic workers lawsuits
Upon issuance of a decision by the domestic worker dispute resolution the committee at the labor office, the person against whom the verdict has been issued has the right to file a lawsuit via Najiz attaching a copy of the said verdict.
 
The complaints against the decisions issued by the General Organization for Social Security (GOSI) regarding contribution, registration and compensation.
In the event that an objection submitted to GOSI is not acceptable, a lawsuit shall be filed via Najiz attaching a copy of the verdict.
